Independent Australian music publisher, Fable Music has been in operation for nearly fifty years. Fable was created in the 1970’s to serve the publishing interests of Fable Records – one of the oldest Australian record labels. Fable Records became an icon in the Australian music industry achieving almost every industry award as well as a Guinness Book of World Records Award and an MBE from H.R.H Queen Elizabeth II to Ron Tudor, its original founder, for Outstanding Service to the Australian Music Industry.
The strength of Fable Music today is the direct result of a publishing legacy based upon our long standing representation of independent international publishing catalogues and our own significant original Australian catalogue.
In addition to its own publishing catalogue Fable represents several international companies including: Editions Raoul Breton (France), Edizioni Curci (Italy), Siegel Music Companies (Germany), Morning Music (Canada), A. We are a family owned company and all of our staff are experienced industry people dedicated to the administration, development and exploitation of copyrights. Fable provides an array of services including synchronisation of “published music” for advertising, TV, film, premiums and multi-media productions.
